ALGOTELS IS A SCAM!! Went to booking.com and got directed to Algotels with the lowest price - as I went through the transaction and confirmed the dates and price, completed the transaction, the dates were changed for two months later. Algotels said it was non-refundable and they are a third party supplier but would "see what they could do".

Atm i am checking out of great resort that Algotels got me the best deal on the market. I feel bad for all the bed experiences that people left reviews, however it has been a pleasure for having them as my booking agent. The booking was confirmed with the resort right after making the reservation. I called and verified with the resort directly. Such a bad customer experience.
