The tests are fact based and don't rely too much on comprehensive understanding. For example, a question might ask: when is a person's risk for suicide the lowest? 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th decade of life. While I fully understand the risk factors for suicide and how to help someone contemplating such a thing, I don't know the answer they want here.
